Bought used car, can't identify unsecured part under hood

Hi, proud new owner of a used 2006 TSX manual.

I picked the car up over the weekend, and started really looking around under the hood. One thing I found is an unattached part on the drivers side, toward the front of the car. See the pictures. It looks like it might be part of the air intake system, but I'm not really sure. Anyone have any idea what this is, and what I need to do to get it working again?

Finally figured it out, it's the air intake cover:

17255-RBA-010 Genuine Acura Air In. Cover

Genuine 17255-RBA-010 Air In. Cover fits 2005-2008 Acura TSX. AcuraPartsWarehouse offers 17255RBA010 for $13.79.
