The tail gate on my 2011 TSX Sport Wagon (75000 miles) is problematic. The latch releases, both manually and from the interior switch, but the door does not rise the first 30% or so without some operator assist. Is this normal, or should I expect the door to travel fully open without my having to lift the door? Is this a lift support issue? If so, a recommendation for replacement lift supports , please.
